Trusts
Trusts have been around for centuries, but have become very popular over the last 20 years. They can be used to help with:

It’s vital to get the formation and ongoing operation of your trust if it is going to provide you with any protection at all.
The costs will depend on the type of assets being transferred to the Trust.
A standard Trust Trust (under the new Trusts Act 2019) should cost around $3,500.00 plus GST and any costs we are required to meet on your behalf.
